Supreme Decree No. 130-2022-PCM was created, which repeals Supreme Decree No. 016-2022-PCM, which declared the State of National Emergency. The Affidavit, the vaccination card and the molecular test are no longer necessary to enter the country.

Humanitarian visa for Venezuelan citizens
It is the document that Venezuelan nationals who wish to enter Peru are required to ensure an orderly and safe migration.
This document can be processed free of charge at the consulates in Caracas and Puerto Ordaz (Venezuela); Bogota, Leticia and Medellin (Colombia); Guayaquil, Quito, Cuenca, Machala and Loja (Ecuador).
Nationals of Venezuela with permanent residence in countries that are part of the Pacific Alliance who have a foreigner card, or equivalent document, are exempt from visa to enter Peru.

Requirements
- Specific form of the visa to which you apply.
- Valid passport.
- Copy of round-trip ticket to Peru (ticket, electronic ticket or reservation).
- Hotel reservation, tourist package reservation or letter of invitation legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru (any of these documents).
- Two (2) color passport size photographs.
- Show economic solvency: recent copy of your bank account statement.
- Payment of the corresponding consular fee (this payment is not refundable or transferable).
- Pass a personal interview scheduled by the Peruvian consulate (subpoena method varies depending on the country where the procedure is carried out).
