Access to health services

Universal access, comprehensive care and equity are guaranteed by law for the national population and migrants through the Unified Health System (SUS).

Moreover, Law  No. 13,445/2017  brings in its Art. 4, § the guarantee to the migrant to public health and social assistance services and social security, in accordance with the law, without discrimination on the grounds of nationality and migratory condition.
