Having completed more than two hundred and seventy (270) days after the last dose of the complete scheme, a booster dose will be required.
- The traveling person who does not present the aforementioned vaccination scheme must show the negative result of a molecular test (PCR-RT) with a maximum validity of seventy-two (72) hours upon arrival.

The traveling person must take the PCR-RT test at the airport of entry into the national territory from 5 years of age.
The measures of the Biosafety Protocols related to social distancing, protection elements and hand hygiene remain in force.
Land
1. Border between the Republic of Colombia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
Hours of passage through the International Bridges: from 06:00 am to 09:00 pm
- Francisco de Paula Santander International Bridge enabled.
- Simón Bolívar International Bridge enabled.
- Atanasio Girardot International Bridge, Tienditas, Táchira state.
At present, the transit of people across the land border of the Zulia state, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the department of La Guajira, Republic of Colombia is enabled.
Documents required for entry and exit:
- Present an identity document and vaccination card against covid-19 (it is recommended that the citizen have the vaccination card at the time of entry into the national territory, with its three-dose schedule).
2. Pedestrian Corridor
A corridor is enabled for the passage of children and adolescents who reside in the border area and study in the Colombian towns of Puerto Santander and Villa del Rosario.

Visa types
Tourist
It will be granted to whoever wishes to enter the country for recreational, health or activity purposes that do not involve remuneration or profit, such as: cultural; artistic; scientific; sports; contact with companies located in the country or with people from the public or private sector; or journalistic for special events.
The Tourist Visa will be granted with a validity of one (1) year, multiple entries, and will allow you to stay in the country for a period of up to ninety (90) days, extendable for the same period. Once this last period expires, the tourist must leave the country under penalty of being deported.
Transient Entrepreneur/Industrial
It will be granted to a person who demonstrates that they own companies or industries, located in the place of their domicile or that have subsidiaries in Venezuela and that travel to it in activities related to them.
The Business/Industrial Transient Visa will be granted with a validity of two (2) years, multiple entries, and will allow a stay of up to four (4) months, non-extendable for each entry.
Business passerby
It will be granted to merchants, executives, representatives of companies or industries and micro-entrepreneurs, non-migrants, who wish to enter the country to carry out commercial, commercial, financial activities and/or transactions or other legal lucrative activity related to their businesses.
The Business Transient Visa will be granted with a validity of one (1) year, multiple entries, and will allow you to stay in the country for a period of up to one hundred and eighty (180) days. Once said term has expired, there will be no extension to remain in the country.
Venezuelan Family Transient
It will be granted to the spouse of the Venezuelan (a), provided that the marriage has been celebrated abroad and registered with the Venezuelan Consular Office, to children under 18 years of age who are not emancipated, to parents and parents-in-law, after reliable verification of the bond familiar. It will be valid for one (1) year, multiple entries, with no permanence limit. Once said term has expired, the interested party may request the extension in the country.
Family passerby
It will be granted to the spouse, children under the age of eighteen (18) unemancipated, parents and parents-in-law, after reliable verification of the family relationship, economic dependency.
Investor passerby
It will be granted to people or representatives of companies, who show through a reliable document, that contacts have been established and that the investment has been accepted by the corresponding official Venezuelan organizations.
The Transient Investor Visa will be granted with a validity of three (3) years, multiple entries, without limit of permanence. Once said period has expired, the interested party may request an extension in the country for up to two (2) years and once the latter has expired, he may request Resident status.
Religious Passerby
It will be granted to representatives of any religion, non-migrants, when they come to Venezuela in activities of a religious nature, other than tourism. It will be granted for a period of one (1) year, multiple entries, and will allow you to remain in the country for a period of one (1) year, extendable for the same term.
rentier passerby
It will be granted to non-migrants, who live on their legal income or pension, with a monthly income equivalent to US$ 1,200.00, generated abroad. When traveling accompanied by members of your family, you must also prove that you have a fixed monthly income of US$ 500.00 for each companion.
The Rentier Transient Visa will be granted with a validity of one (1) year, multiple entries, with the same term of permanence. Once it has expired, it may be extended for equal terms.
Transient Domestic Employee
It will be granted to the domestic employee of a diplomatic, consular or auxiliary official of the Republic accredited abroad or representative official of Venezuela accredited before an International Organization, when he returns permanently to the country. It will be granted for one (1) year, multiple entries, and will allow a stay for the same period.
Labor passerby
The Work Transient Visa will be granted with a validity of one (1) year, multiple entries, and will allow a stay for the same period.
Passerby Student
It will be granted to non-migrants who wish to enter the country to carry out higher technical or university studies, specialization or to carry out internships in their specialty. It will be granted with a validity of one (1) year, multiple entries, with the same term of permanence, and may be extended.
Reentry Transient
It will be granted by the Consular Sections of the Embassies and Consular Offices of the Republic to those people with resident status, who have not stayed more than two (2) consecutive years abroad or have not acquired residence in another country, provided that the expiration date of such condition had not exceeded thirty (30) continuous days.
The transient status granted by the Ministry of the Interior and Justice will also be granted to those who have expired abroad and who have not been absent from Venezuela for a period greater than thirty (30) continuous days. The Transient Reentry visa will be granted for six (6) months, a single entry.
Transit Visa
It will be granted to a non-migrant person who enters or crosses the national territory to go to another country. It will be granted for seventy-two (72) hours, a single entry.
