There are protocols defined by the Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), for procedures for embarking and disembarking crew members from vessels and platforms, in water transport; aircraft crew, tourists and migrants, who move internally and supervision of buses, which transport passengers and passengers, between states. States and municipalities of the federation have the autonomy to develop and apply their own measures to combat the Coronavirus, including those restricting mobility. Before moving, it is recommended to carry out a search for the current protocols, on the websites of the state government departments or city halls of the municipalities, where you want to travel.
