• Migration Law No. 370/013 guarantees migrants the right to health, among others.

• Universal (Unified Health System), the beneficiaries: foreigners who are not protected by the Short-Term Social Security subsector and in the event that the Country of origin does not have a reciprocity agreement on health matters with Bolivia. Coverage is Partial.

Foreigners with or without residency procedures can join ASSE (Administration of State Health Services).

Those with residence pending and without formal coverage, through a free affiliation.

Its validity will be subject to the validity of the date of the residence process.
You must submit a photocopy of the identification document, proof of income and residence paperwork.

Within the framework of Chilean regulations, foreigners in a migratory situation are guaranteed regular access to health care under the same conditions as nationals.

Migrants who do not have a Chilean identity card (RUN) and who lack resources, will also be able to access the services of the public health network free of charge, under the same conditions as nationals, falling under the FONASA Tramo category. TO.

Every person has the right to free access to health benefits according to the General Health Law (Art. 1). Migrants, regardless of their immigration status, can access medical care in public and private establishments. People who do not have health insurance must bear the cost of their care at the health facility of their choice.

Ecuador 's Organic Health Law guarantees health care to all people without any discrimination.

Migrants who require medical attention in the event of an urgency or emergency, can go to a public or private establishment regardless of their immigration status.
