Entry restrictions
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 670/2022 , entry by air is authorized; waterway of maritime cruise vessels and by highways or other land means.
Regarding entry via airways , the restrictions are as follows:

As of 12/31/2022, the PCR Test requirement is eliminated when entering Venezuela.
The use of a mask or face mask, social distancing and presentation of the complete vaccination scheme are maintained.
If you do not have the complete vaccination schedule, a PCR-RT test will be required before boarding the plane.

Nationals:
Even though the borders remain closed, there are no restrictions for nationals.
Foreigners:
Foreigners have entry restrictions, exceptional cases:
a. Foreign persons residing in the country.

Until October 31, 2021, the prohibition to enter the national territory established by Decree No. 274/20 is extended.

Entry restrictions Limitations for cross-border mobility.
Although the borders are closed, the opening is gradual, there are no restrictions for the entry of nationals and foreigners by any means: air, land and sea, enabled.

Borders closed until September 30, 2021, with exceptions, by air and land borders.
For Nationals and foreign residents on a regular basis, there are no restrictions, but there are requirements for their entry.
